Applefied Apps!

So earlier this month I mentioned that I have officially been Applefied. I'm still loving everything Apple, but I feel like I'm not making the most of my most recent Apple edition: the iPad 2. It seems like I hardly ever use it and this needs to change. The one thing I am absolutely loving is the enormous amount of Apps (particularly free apps) that are available. I have LOADS of apps on my iPhone but very little on my iPad. I think I just get so overwhelmed with the huge abundance of apps.

But anyway, what are your recommendations? What app (for either iPhone or iPad or whatever) could you not live without? How do you keep track of everything?
